| Our return policy excludes the following products, which for various legal, health and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns on, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned sealed/unused/unworn in its original packing: |

- undergarments and swimwear
- food and nutritional supplements
- items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use (unless clearly rated for commercial use)
- toner cartridges
- new defective gaming machines (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
- opened software
- new home entertainment products (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
- any return that is missing the originally shipped components
- any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)
